• Scheduling
• Manage customer relations and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain good relationships with employees, customers, etc.
• Hold Safety meetings with crews.
• Train, encourage, praise, motivate, counsel and discipline employees.
• Manage employees to ensure they have adequate work.
• Ensure company policies are known and followed.
• Tracking of all pieces of the job.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years Directional Bore Experience.
• A positive can-do attitude and openness to trying things new ways
• GRIT values – Guts, Reliability, Innovation, and Teamwork
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent at Multitasking
• Familiar with Microsoft Suite
• Able to work well without constant supervision

DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of Arizona 811
• Knowledge of Utility job prints.
• Good with time management
• Very Organized
• Great communication skills
• Previous experience in the telecom, utility, construction industry

ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY
Daily and exemplary attendance and punctuality is required for this position. The work may require overtime hours to be worked to achieve desired results.
