Job Summary

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will play a vital role in our mission to drive business success through technology and process optimization. We are seeking a highly skilled analyst with experience in Agile project methodologies to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business processes, understanding our clients' needs, and designing efficient systems and solutions that align with their goals in an Agile environment. You will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and our IT department, ensuring that Agile projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Identifies opportunities to apply technologies to business processes through research and fact-finding.
Develops and maintains credibility and effective working relationships with both user and IT personnel.
Demonstrates to clients an understanding of business problems, IT strategies, issues and priorities.
Communicates with stakeholders and other teams on processes and workflows.
Writes documentation on the integrations platforms for other teams to consume.
Participates in more complex technical studies to evaluate business requirements and recommends solutions.
Works with an individual business unit on multiple project assignments.
Requests guidance in complex problem areas and for errors that may cause minor delay expense and disruption.
Coach and mentor other team members.
Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

Ability to sit and / or stand at a desk and work with a computer for extended periods of time.

Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, tools, and to handle other computer components.

Regular and predictable attendance required.
