Job Description:
We are seeking a Part-Time Organizer to join our dynamic team on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate will be flexible, enthusiastic, and passionate about creating organized, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to bring order to their homes and businesses, helping them declutter, optimize, and enjoy their spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in decluttering, sorting, and organizing various areas of their homes or offices (closets, kitchens, garages, etc.).
- Help pack, unpack, and organize items in an efficient and aesthetically pleasing manner for clients undergoing a move or renovation.
- Maintain a positive, client-focused attitude during every project, bringing energy, professionalism, and kindness.
- Ensure attention to detail, accuracy, and care while working in each space.
- Occasionally handle challenging environments (e.g., dusty spaces, tight areas), ensuring cleanliness and safety throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the SORT by Megan team to maintain consistency and quality in our services.
- Provide light administrative support when necessary (e.g., documenting progress, taking before/after photos).
- Contribute creative ideas and solutions for organizing challenges.
- Further opportunities for the right candidate to take on marketing and administrative responsibilities.
