The role of the Estate Manager is to implement and maintain the integrity of all aspects of the Estate (5 properties) to the satisfaction of the principal. This involves managing everything from staff to vendors, new construction projects to regular maintenance, liaising between Business Manager and staff, overseeing all projects including storage inventory, payroll, petty cash, and billing approvals. Assist in holiday decorations, celebrations, handle all vehicle maintenance, and all ad hoc items. Work alongside home office and domestic staff to create a smooth flow in the household. Oversee home repair and maintenance, routine upkeep, and home staffing needs.
Hours : - Full-time with flexibility beyond standard working hours
Location : - Los Angeles
Salary : - Generous compensation, dependent upon experience

Responsibilities include, but not limited to :
Internal Staff Support
- Approve time for hourly employees
- Oversee the Estate Guest list for security and HOA
- Manage all communication threads on What's App
- Supervise a staff of 15 or more- including hiring, compliance, disciplinary actions, PTO approvals, scheduling, dispersing information to the house staff
- Coordinate with Security for protocol and procedures
