A high-profile music talent is seeking a sharp, intuitive, and proactive Personal Assistant to help manage their dynamic personal and family life. The ideal candidate is someone who can anticipate needs, solve problems in real time, and execute last-minute tasks with efficiency and discretion. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can “read the room” effortlessly, and knows how to create synergy with the principal and their team.
This position is highly demanding and requires a 24 / 7 mindset, though there is an Executive Assistant who manages business-related tasks. The PA will be the go-to person for all personal and family-related matters, ensuring a seamless day-to-day flow.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the principal’s right hand, ensuring all personal and family matters run smoothly.
Manage family schedules, vacations, and travel logistics, working closely with the principal’s EA.
Oversee the principal’s day-to-day needs, including errands, reservations, and appointments.
Handle last-minute requests and emergencies with a calm and solutions-oriented approach.
Collaborate with the full house staff, including nannies, housekeepers, chefs, and security.
Manage all children’s schedules, including school activities, tutoring, extracurriculars, and appointments.
Coordinate family events, playdates, and holiday schedules.
Assist with packing / unpacking for family travel, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
Ensure the principal’s calendar aligns with personal and family needs.
Coordinate with the EA in NYC and the HM in the home to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Arrange appointments for the principal and family, including medical, beauty, and wellness services.
Book and manage reservations for personal outings, vacations, and entertainment.
Plan family trips, managing all logistics, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries.
Work with security and travel staff to ensure seamless travel experiences.
Assist with red carpet events, press days, and high-profile appearances when necessary.
Maintain clear and constant communication with the principal, family, and EA and House Manager
Act as a gatekeeper, ensuring the principal’s time is protected.
Exhibit extreme discretion and maintain strict confidentiality in all matters.
Adapt quickly to changes and remain calm under pressure.

Requirements :
5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a high-profile individual or family.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel as needed (passport ready).
A 24 / 7 mindset – flexibility is key in this role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tech-savvy and able to manage calendars, emails, and digital logistics.
