What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clothing Boutique P/T Sales Associate position at Sorted (You're Sorted, LLC)?
The primary duty of a Sorted Sales Associate is to promote Sorted's goods through excellent customer service.
Associates welcome customers, guide them through the products, answer questions and make sure guests have a pleasant experience as well as ensuring the store remains a welcoming, fun, organized, and clean environment!
This is a part time position. Our Sales Associate will work a flexible schedule of at least 8 hours per week including rotating some weekends and holidays. We offer generous pay and employee discounts.
Some Responsibilities of a Sales Associate Include:
- Welcoming customers into the store and assisting them as needed
- Staying knowledgeable about our goods
- Explaining/recommending goods to customers and to increase customers’ options and enrich the shopping experience
- Accepting and processing purchases, operate the POS register ,and resolve returns issues
- Keeping the store and stock area well maintained and clean (light cleaning, arranging/rearranging, stocking)
- Contributing to an upbeat and fun store environment
- Arranging/tidying/updating store displays
- Promoting special sales and offers
Qualifications
Friendly, with good communication skills
High School Diploma or equivalent (High School Students will be considered on an individual basis)
1 years experience in retail or customer service is preferable
