Responsibilities
- Operating and maintaining various 3D printers, ensuring optimal performance
- Preparing 3D models for printing, including slicing and setting print parameters
- Monitoring print jobs to ensure quality and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process
- Post-processing printed components, including sanding, painting, and assembling as needed
- Collaborating with engineers and designers to create functional prototypes based on project specifications
- Maintaining accurate records of materials used and print settings for quality control
- Staying current with advancements in 3D printing technology and materials

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with 3D printing technologies, including FDM, SLA, or SLS methods
- Familiarity with CAD software and 3D modeling techniques
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve technical challenges
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality prints
- Experience with materials used in 3D printing (plastics, resins, metals, etc.) is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
