Account Manager (Sales) - Fuse industry-Chinese

Job Title: Account Manager (Sales) - Chinese Bilingual Min 5 years exp in Automotive "Fuse" selling to Automotive OEMs or EV battery related parts sales in Automotive MANUFACTURING Industries
Location: Bay Area, CA

Education & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience: 5 years in Automotive/Electronics, preferably in the Fuse industry

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads within the automotive industry through cold calling, trade shows, and referrals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients in Automotive, Electric, Energy Storage, and Renewable Energy sectors.
• Manage quotation activities prior to project SOP.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop tailored sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with Purchasing and Engineering departments.
• Adapt to various responsibilities within a startup environment as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or fuse industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients at all levels.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive business growth.
• Willingness to invest extra time and effort in a startup setting.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
