SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Contract Administrator to support a services contract in Doha, Qatar.
Essential Job Duties
- Support the Program Manager.
- Interpret and advise management on contract provisions.
- Track contract modifications.
- Track program contract deliverables.
- Coordinate with corporate finance team to ensure appropriate contract funding is recorded.
- Interface with corporate contracts team.
- Prepare reports.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Associates degree with 6 years of experience may be substituted.
- 4 years of contract administration experience with 2 years of experience supporting a U.S. Government program.
- Proficient written and verbal communicator.
- Expertise with Costpoint accounting system and Microsoft Excel required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Work Environment
- Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.
- Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
- Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
