Job Description
The Referrals Coordinator will be responsible for processing government customer medical referrals for off-site medical appointments. This role will serve as the primary point of contact between the government customer Health Plan Management Unit, requesting provider, and community provider to initiate enrollment, assist with billing and claims resolution, and maintain accurate records.
