- Zumba, boot camp and circuit training
- Strength and cardio improvement
Responsibilities:
- Lead a variety of classes including Zumba, yoga, spin, and circuit training.
- Deliver engaging, high-energy workouts suitable for all fitness levels.
- Ensure compliance with fitness center standards and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Certification in group fitness instruction (e.g., ACE, NASM, or equivalent).
- CPR/AED certification.
- Experience in leading group classes. Strong communication and motivational skills.
