Certified Aerobics Instructor

Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Instructor to join our team. Vicky Willams is hiring certified aerobics instructors to lead cardio and strength training classes at the Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana, 2d FSS Fitness Center, located at 709 Langley Dr., Barksdale Air Force Base, LA 71110.

Duties

• Lead a variety of classes including Zumba, yoga, spin, and circuit training.
• Deliver engaging, high-energy workouts suitable for all fitness levels.
• Ensure compliance with fitness center standards and safety guidelines.
• fifteen (15) one (1) hour aerobic training classes per week to the 2d Force Support Squadron at BAFB Twelve (12) of the fifteen (15) classes will consist of high/low impact, step class, circuit training, Zumba, boot camp, spin/cycle, Pilates, and yoga with a minimum of 4 yoga and 4 spin/cycle classes per week unless otherwise directed by the Contractor/Local Point of 1.2.3. Three (3) of the fifteen (15) classes will specifically focus on strength and cardio improvement

Requirements:

• Certification in group fitness instruction (e.g., ACE, NASM, or equivalent).
• CPR/AED certification.
• Experience in leading group classes.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
