Position: Server

Rate: $16 per hour plus tips

Job Responsibilities:

• Elevate Guest Experiences: Provide outstanding service that enhances each guest’s dining experience to ensure a memorable visit.
• Design and Execute Beverage Pairings: Collaborate with the manager to create beverage pairings that complement our menu and guest needs.
• Demonstrate Expertise in Wine and Sake: Stay well-informed about our curated selection of wines and sakes. Share your knowledge with guests, guiding them through our offerings and making personalized recommendations.
• Maintain High Service Standards: Uphold fine dining service standards by delivering attentive, precise, and refined service. Anticipate guest needs and address all guests with professionalism and grace.
• Foster a Collaborative Environment: Work closely with fellow team members, including chefs and sommeliers, to ensure seamless service and a cohesive guest experience.
• Stay Knowledgeable and Up-to-Date: Continuously expand your knowledge of current trends in fine dining, wine, and sake. Participate in training sessions and stay abreast of industry developments.
• Polishing Glassware: Polish glassware and all front of house inventory to ensure that it is well maintained.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the dining and service areas clean and organized at all times. Assist in the daily setup and breakdown of the dining area.
• Stocking Supplies: Ensure that all service stations are stocked with necessary supplies such as napkins, silverware, and glassware.

• Previous experience in a high-end restaurant setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
