What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leasing & Tours – Answer inquiries and shadow apartment tours alongside our leasing consultant.
- Resident Relations – Engage with current and future residents, answer questions, and support community events.
- Marketing & Lead Flow – Track incoming leads, assist with guest cards, and contribute to promotional efforts.
- Property Operations – Shadow Security Deposit inspections, Assist with Move-in efforts, and learn how to keep a high-end property running smoothly.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 18 with a high school diploma (or equivalent).
- Friendly, outgoing, and eager to learn.
- Interested in real estate, property management, or hospitality.
- Comfortable with computers.
The Details:
- Hours: Flexible between Monday – Sunday, 9 AM – 5 PM.
- Compensation: Unpaid Internship
