Customer Service Specialist

This position is strictly a Customer Service and Sales based position. You will be responsible for the growth of our Unlimited Membership Program by affectively explaining and offering the program to every retail customer. This position will not include the washing of cars however will require you to be on your feet for the duration of your shift.

Shift Availability: 9am - 5pm

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Work with an customer service driven team in a fun environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers and recommend services that best meet their vehicles needs.
• Create lasting memories with customers by showing your Superior Customer Service in every interaction.
• Growth of our Unlimited Membership Program by effectively explaining and offering our program to every customer.
• Follow all safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations.
