About the Role
As a Client Relations Consultant, you will be the face of the branch, delivering exceptional client service while assisting with financial transactions, account management, and loan applications. You'll play a key role in building lasting client relationships and identifying opportunities to provide tailored financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service while engaging in sales and service activities
- Open accounts, process financial transactions, and assist with banking services
- Identify client needs and recommend financial products & services
- Assist with loan applications and account maintenance
- Proactively communicate with clients, resolve issues, and build strong relationships
- Recognize and refer clients to other financial services (e.g., Mortgage Lending, Investment Services)
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1 years of experience in banking, retail sales, or client service roles
- NMLS registration or ability to obtain (required for lending activities)
- Strong customer service, relationship-building, and advisory skills
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide financial recommendations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software
- High school diploma (or equivalent); equivalent experience may be considered
