What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other member communications.
- Assist members with quotes, new business, policy changes, billing, and coverage questions.
- Identify member needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
- Operate efficiently in a contact center environment.
- Maintain required licenses and registrations.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer contact experience in a needs-based sales environment.
