Your Path to Success:
β Fully Paid 6-Month Training Program β Master personal lines insurance, policy support, and customer service.
β We Cover Licensing Costs β Become a licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) agent with our full support.
β Hybrid Work Flexibility β After six months, work two days remotely per week for work-life balance.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
β Deliver Personalized Customer Support β Assist members via phone, email, chat, and social media.
β Advise on Insurance Coverage β Guide members on quotes, policies, billing, and coverage updates.
β Ensure Regulatory Compliance β Maintain licensing requirements and adhere to risk policies.
β Thrive in a Fast-Paced Contact Center β Use multitasking skills to efficiently support members.
What You Need:
β Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License (or ability to obtain).
β 1 Year Experience in Customer Service or Sales (insurance or financial services preferred).
β Strong Communication & Multitasking Skills β Ability to handle multiple applications while engaging with members.
β High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
