Process Flow Specialist
We are seeking a Process Flow Specialist to develop, implement, and support Esko Webcenter and Automation Engine workflows. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy, solution-oriented professional with strong project management skills and a passion for process automation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and integrate Esko Webcenter automation and business process workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Graphics, Sales, Operations, Planning, Customer Service, and Quality teams to align automation processes with business needs.
- Provide user support for graphic applications, troubleshooting issues related to login, functionality, reporting, and data integrity.
- Maintain a support log of issues and requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Continuously optimize workflows to improve efficiency and scalability within the graphics team.
