Senior Technical Analyst
We are looking for a Senior Technical Analyst to provide technical leadership in ERP financial systems development, support, and optimization . This role is ideal for a highly skilled ERP developer and problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about financial systems, integrations, and process improvements .
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and support ERP financial systems , including analysis, development, coding, testing, and implementation.
- Design, develop, and modify ERP package applications while ensuring adherence to best practices and upgrade path policies.
- Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability by resolving defects and bugs.
- Collaborate with functional analysts, business users, DBAs, system administrators, cybersecurity teams, and third-party vendors to deliver quality solutions.
- Perform code reviews and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and process flow diagrams.
- Support application administration , including patch management, compliance updates, and third-party system integrations.
- Provide second- and third-level technical support for ERP application interfaces and modules.
- Keep abreast of technological advancements and continuously refine system processes for efficiency.
