Job Description
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Logistics Coordinator ensures that all product received is counted and inspected, prepared for pre-conditioning to maximize chamber utilization, and ensures that all product is withdrawn from pre-conditioning and aeration at the appropriate times. Must be familiar with customers and cycle times.
Responsibilities
- Will be the customer's primary point of contact for delivery, status, and post sterilization shipment of their product.
- Ensures that all product is received and that the appropriate information is entered into the computer system.
- Oversees the preparation of loads for SSR, chamber processing or pre-conditioning; ensures that all product is withdrawn from pre-conditioning as well as from aeration at the appropriate time.
- Perform Weekly PNC Coding matching POs.
- Will schedule sterilization cycles so that maximum chamber efficiency is obtained.
- May review records for each batch prior to being turned over to Quality Assurance
- Maintains compliance with all FDA, OSHA, and EPA requirements.
- Processes special requests for new and existing customers.
- Removes and accounts for biological indicators (BI's) and prepares product for shipment.
- Assists with other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
- SUPERVISION GIVEN : May direct the work of others.

Pay & Benefits
Salary Range : $48,500 - $74,000 per year; depending on experience.
