Compensation : 17 - $19 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Assist the front desk team in insurance verification and eligibility.
- Communicating with patients regarding insurance status and upcoming appointments.
- Communicating with the billing team regarding eligibility questions / concerns.
- Communicating with insurance carriers about patient explanation of benefits.
