Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 2:00 pm. As the first point of contact for guests, the ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support, manage reservations, and maintain an efficient and organized front desk area. If you have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding service, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with a warm and friendly welcome, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage reservations and check-in/check-out processes using computerized systems.
- Handle phone inquiries, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while providing accurate information on services and answering guest questions.
- Maintain an organized filing system for guest records and office documents.
- Assist with calendar management for appointments and meetings as needed.
- Perform clerical duties, including proofreading documents, typing correspondence, and managing shipping and receiving tasks.
- Conduct hearing aid maintenance and ensure proper functionality.
- Uphold office management standards by maintaining a clean and efficient front desk area.
Qualifications &* Requirements:*
- Previous experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role.
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for booking and record management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professionalism.
- Familiarity with calendar management tools and clerical duties is advantageous.
