Description : SUMMARY
Sound Income Group is expanding its Human Resources team. We are seeking a Talent and HR Ops Specialist that will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and hiring exceptional talent, managing the onboarding and training process, and providing HR Ops support to enhance the talent lifecycle and experience. This role is ideal for a recruiter or generalist who has a track record in process optimization, is passionate about talent attraction and retention, and has recruited for various positions in the financial services industry and has general knowledge of HR operations.
This position is well suited for an experienced TA or HR professional who enjoys a strong focus on talent acquisition / management and HR Ops, that lives within the commuting range of Fort Lauderdale, FL, and can work in the office full time Monday-Friday.
RESPONSIBLITIES AND DUTIES
Talent Acquisition :
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of positions and locations, including leadership positions.
- Develop meaningful relationships with hiring managers including senior leaders, becoming a trusted Talent Acquisition partner and advisor.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs, develop job descriptions, and craft effective recruitment strategies. Provide data-driven recommendations on how to attract and evaluate the best candidates.
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and technical skills.
- Lead the offer process by advising hiring managers on compensation packages, negotiating complex offers with senior candidates, and ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding and orientation.
- Ensure a positive, transparent, and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely feedback and keep candidates informed at every stage.
- Partner with HR leadership to streamline and optimize hiring processes.
- Update, streamline, and conduct onboarding of all new hires.
- Create and carry out new hire orientation and training programs.
- Collaborate with HR leadership on developing formal training and development programs.
