Qualifications :
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.Successful completion of a fellowship in Critical Care Medicine.Board certified / eligible in Critical Care Medicine.Over five years experience leading a team of intensivists.Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in Georgia.Authorized to work in the United States.New graduates are encouraged to apply.Practice in the Heart of the Community
Flexible Scheduling :
We offer an array of flexible scheduling options, which includes one Intensivist during the day and tele-ICU coverage at night.Key Responsibilities :
Provide high-quality, comprehensive care to patients in an ICU within a 160-bed community hospital that includes a primary stroke center.Lead multidisciplinary rounds with active team participation.Support Internal Medicine residents who will rotate in the ICU as part of the hospital’s GME program.Work closely with colleagues in other departments to ensure smooth transitions of care.Participate in and encourage other team members to participate actively in committees and become part of the larger hospital team.Living and Working in Griffin :
