About the Team :
Our Director of Account Management works closely with a team of Physician Advisors, ACO Clinical Support Specialists, Telehealth Medicine teams, and ACO senior leadership. They will also work closely with our ACO participating providers and post-acute care facilities, including facility and physician group management teams.
About the Role :
This role is responsible to drive and achieve the performance goals of the ACO at the provider and facility level. The Director of Account Management serves as the primary point of contact for developing long-term relationships with ACO participants, providers, and facilities. This position provides engagement leadership and is regarded by the client as an expert and trusted advisor. The Director of Account Management will play a major role in the ACO's national growth by identifying opportunities within existing participants and possessing the ability to recommend additional areas of value-add for the ACO's participants.

Salary Range : $115,000 to $120,000 annually, plus a bonus opportunity. Exact pay will be determined based on candidate experience and geographic location.
