We are seeking a qualified Emergency Medicine Medical Director to lead our team at Oak Valley Hospital in Oakdale, CA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among team members
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
Requirements and Qualifications
- Board-Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM certification required)
- Additional certifications: PALS, BLS, ACLS
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading an EM team
