The Manager, People & Culture Performance and Insights, is responsible for leading data-driven initiatives to assess, improve and measure the performance, effectiveness, and impact of the People and Culture department’s strategies and programs. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff in the People and Culture department, this role is responsible for driving the collection, analysis, and reporting of key performance metrics related to talent management, employee engagement, organizational culture, diversity and inclusion, and other strategic initiatives. The Manager will leverage data insights to inform decision-making, optimize processes, and support continuous improvement across People and Culture initiatives.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field. Five years of experience in workforce analytics, people operations, performance management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Three years leadership, budgetary, planning and workforce management.

- Leads the development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of People and Culture programs, including employee engagement, retention, performance management, leadership development, learning and development initiatives, workforce development, and labor harmony.
- Regularly tracks, analyzes, and reports on People and Culture metrics to leadership, providing actionable insights into trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Creates and maintains interactive dashboards and visualizations to present data in an accessible and impactful way for both the People and Culture team and organizational leadership.
- Oversees the collection and analysis of employee feedback, engagement surveys, performance data, and other relevant datasets, ensuring data is accurate, reliable, and actionable.
- Conducts in-depth analysis of employee data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that help optimize talent management, employee experience, and organizational development strategies.
- Collaborates with HRIS and other systems teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of people data across platforms.
- Provides strategic counsel to the Chief of Staff and People and Culture leadership on key performance trends and insights, aligning People and Culture strategies with organizational objectives.
- Partners with cross-functional teams to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of People and Culture programs, policies, and processes based on data-driven insights.
- Leads process improvements within the People and Culture function by identifying inefficiencies or gaps in current approaches and recommending innovative solutions.
- Prepares and presents reports, dashboards, and presentations to the People and Culture leadership team, Chief of Staff, and other stakeholders, clearly communicating key insights and recommendations.
- Fosters a culture of data-driven decision-making within the People and Culture department by promoting best practices and the value of performance measurement and continuous improvement.
- Provides guidance and mentorship to junior team members or analysts within the People and Culture function, fostering data literacy and supporting their professional development.
- Optimizes People and Culture systems and processes to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and overall effectiveness.
- Leverage people analytics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Act as a liaison between People and Culture, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders effectively, gathering feedback to refine approaches.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proven understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Six Sigma, and of SDLC, iterative and related methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). Responding to inquiries and in effective oral and written communication.
- Experience in mentoring and developing team members.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling.
- Strong knowledge of workforce metrics and KPIs, including employee engagement, turnover, performance and productivity management, labor analysis, and talent and workforce development.
- Experience with strategic frameworks such as Balanced Scorecard, Lean, Agile, or OKR to effectively plan, execute, and evaluate workforce initiatives and organizational strategies.
- Proven experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the People and Culture department,
