Overview
GENERAL SUMMARYThis position will manage the national and local evaluation process by collecting, reviewing and analyzing data from the CCBHC sites; data entry, assessment, and service delivery team support to ensure performance measures are met; and assisting with strengthening trauma informed care, cultural and linguistic competency, and meeting the CCBHC standard’s core competencies
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect, evaluate, and analyze data: Collect and compile data and enter it into the SAMHSA Performance Accountability and Reporting System (SPARS) as required by the CCBHC PDI grant; utilize data to assess effectiveness and highlight areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Create written summaries of data analysis, model reviews and other research as requested.
- Assist with monitoring program performance/adherence to contract measures: Assist with monitoring performance in accordance with contractual measures of initiatives.
- Collaborate with Internal CCBHC PDI Transformation Team: Work closely with the Program Director and internal transformation team members to identify areas of improvement, and develop pathways to implement change.

Establishes and maintains positive, ethical, and professional working relationships with clinical team members, clients, and outside organizations. Relates to a wide variety of people including members of ethnic and sexual minority populations and is respectful of individual and cultural differences.
Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Master's Degree in a social service or research-related field required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Knowledge of and experience in Systems of Care, Mental Health, Substance Use and Co-occurring Disorders in the SMI/SED/SUD populations, research and evaluation, continuous quality improvement.
- Experience with SAMHSA or other large government grant evaluations and reporting
- Experience managing grants and achieving required contractual performance measures
- Superior organizational skills to prioritize and adjust schedule to meet the needs of team members, organizations, and communities.
- Strong computer skills to create reports, presentations, graphs, spreadsheets, and other documentation, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Products, Tableau, EHR software, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Effective verbal & written communication skills in order to effectively create and present summaries and reports.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS
- Washington State driver’s license and insurable driving record.
- Must pass a criminal background check.

Hiring Pay Range: $77,000 - $82,000 per year
