SoundOff Signal is seeking a talented Salesforce Administration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Salesforce System Administrator and other teams to ensure the smooth operation and strategic development of our Salesforce ecosystem.

Essential Functions

  • Demonstrates SoundOff Signal's Core Values in daily interactions with internal and external customers
  • Support innovative technology initiatives
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in CRM management, preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus
