General Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administration Specialist to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Salesforce System Administrator and other teams to ensure the smooth operation and strategic development of our Salesforce ecosystem, supporting system architecture and UI/UX initiatives, aiding in the adoption of innovative technologies, and maintaining system integrity. You will manage internal and external customer users, collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs) to maintain data quality standards, address reporting needs, assist with training, and handle incoming Salesforce help desk submissions. Essential Job Functions
- Demonstrates SoundOff Signal’s Core Values in daily interactions with internal and external customers.
- Support system integrity and data quality efforts.
- Support architecture and UI/UX development initiatives.
- Support innovative technology initiatives.
- Provide end-user support and troubleshooting
- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
- Reporting and training needs for the CFTs (Cross-Functional Teams).
- Create and maintain user documentation and training articles for end-user reference
- Email campaign technical support
- Assist with the day-to-day administration and support of the Salesforce platform.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in CRM management, preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Knowledge of data management processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with Salesforce email campaign management and reporting tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Able to stand, sit, walk, bend, twist, rotate and/or reach throughout an entire shift.
