You will be responsible for assisting with and overseeing a variety of special projects across different departments. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and excellent communication with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage special projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and objectives are met.
- Collaborate with others to gather project requirements and determine resource needs.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and status reports.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and risks to senior leadership.
- Conduct research and analysis to support the project’s goals and deliverables.
- Organize meetings, track action items, and document decisions.
- Assist with any administrative tasks related to special projects, including scheduling, communications, and documentation.
- Identify areas for process improvement and work with teams to implement changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of experience in project coordination or management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude and ability to solve problems creatively.
