Second Shift 3:30 pm - 2:00 am Monday - Thursday
Responsibilities:
- Tool and Die Maker will report directly to the Tooling Lead
- Tool and Die Maker is a working hands-on position
- Tool and Die is an hourly position
- Tool and Die Maker will use Plex to track daily hours
- Tool and Die Maker will work in tool room & press room
- Work to involve PM’s, Continuous Improvement, and General Maintenance.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of techniques and tools.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem solving.
- Excellent decision-making
- Ability to think in a fast-paced environment.
- Complete other task deemed necessary by the Management Team to support Soundwich growth
Education:
Previous Tool and Die experience preferred.
