What You’ll Do:
- Generate and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic prospecting, and a strong personal network.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and returning clients.
- Serve as a strategic partner, understanding client challenges and recommend solutions to deliver the best experience and outcomes.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new clients.
- Represent Source Allies at industry events and community engagements to generate leads and support our presence as trusted experts.
- Provide feedback from market insights and client interactions to help continuously improve our service offerings.
- Proven track record in solution selling, business development, or account management, ideally in tech, consulting or professional services.
- Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and closing skills. You won’t be handed a network, this role is for someone energized by creating their own opportunities and opening doors.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to confidently represent Source Allies externally and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
