Position Overview
Source Code Staffing is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Freelance Recruiter to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Assist in candidate sourcing through various channels.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and contribute to the recruitment strategy.
- Learn and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment activities.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and assist in managing client relationships.
- Healthcare Recruitment preferred
Qualifications:
- 3 years in recruiting (agency or corporate).
- Familiarity navigating ATS platforms.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates, achieving hiring goals, and building robust talent pipelines.
- Strong communication skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Resourceful, proactive, and creative problem-solver.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with high volume recruitment.
Nice to haves:
- Experience with Healthcare or Government/Public Sector roles a plus
