We are searching for a Clinical Supervisor to join our dynamic community based team. Our clients, aged 11-21, require therapeutic support for mental health disorders and co-occurring substance abuse issues. We follow an integrated service delivery approach, utilizing a team of professionals to comprehensively address the needs of the young individuals and their caregivers.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, case managers and mentors.
- Ensure effective implementation of individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor team performance, provide training, and foster a collaborative work
- environment.
- Coordinate services with community partners, schools, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct team meetings, case reviews, and ensure compliance with agency and
- state guidelines.
- Provide crisis intervention support as needed.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (LCSW,
- LMHC, LMFT preferred).
- - Minimum of two years of experience working with at-risk youth and families.
- - Supervisory experience preferred.
- - Knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and evidence-based
- treatment models.
- - Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- - Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
- - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.
Salary : $64,000
