MUST LIVE 50 MILES FROM FACILITY Virtual Companion Program for Dignity Health; facility is referred to as a Virtual Hospital Setting THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION - MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK IN PHOENIX AZ Ratios Monitoring up to 12 patients at a time Required Certifications Prefer CNA- with acute or LTC. Will take a CMA. Shifts & Scheduling 12 hours 6-630 Weekend Requirement two full weekends or 4 weekend shifts in a 4 week schedule. This is an in person position, in the office with other staff, not working from home. Will be monitoring patients at multiple different hospitals in many states. AZ cna cert AHA BLS 1 year experience
