What are the responsibilities and job description for the Repossession Account Manager position at Source One Adjusters of Ohio?
The primary function of the Repossession Account Management team is to assist with the daily operations of repossession requirements for our clients. This position requires great critical thinking skills, analytical thinking and attention to detail.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- 1. Problem solving issues and situations as they arise
- 2. Manage a portfolio of clients as well as their repossession orders
- 3. Skip on all orders for clients in their portfolio
- 4. Organizing and tracking Source One orders for assigned clients
- 5. Work with agents making sure that updates are received in a timely manner
- 6. Directly communicate with clients and repossession agents
- 7. Do deep skips on select orders
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 1. Handle incoming phone calls from clients by answering questions and fulfilling requests
- 2. Document daily activities utilizing various platforms (RDN and ClearPlan)
- 3. Answer telephones and provide customer service to callers
- 4. Other duties as needed and/or requested
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- 1. Excellent customer service skills
- 2. Accuracy, organization and follow through with emphasis on attention to detail and
- multitasking
- 3. Basic computer skills
- 4. Good telephone etiquette
- 5. High level of critical thinking
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- 1. Requires sitting for long periods of time
