What are the responsibilities and job description for the Repossession Information Processor position at Source One Adjusters of Ohio?
The primary function of the Repossession Information Processor is to be the primary person to handle all Repossession Reporting, Agent Updates and Holds/Closes for their portfolio.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- 1. Handle reporting repossessions
- 2. Handle Holds and Closes
- 3. Process Agent Updates
- 4. Work with agents making sure updates are received in a timely manner
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 1. Document daily activities utilizing various platforms (RDN and ClearPlan)
- 2. Answer telephones and provide customer service to callers
- 3. Other duties as needed and/or requested
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- 1. Must have good communication skills
- 2. Must have excellent customer service skills
- 3. Must have the ability to multitask
- 4. Accuracy, organization and follow through with emphasis on attention to detail and
- multitasking
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- 1. Requires sitting for long periods of time
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
- None

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
