Job Overview:
Loomis is seeking a Customer Service Support Specialist to join our dynamic Contact Center team in Houston. This role involves providing high-level customer support for ATM Dispatch, Customer Transaction Support, and SafePoint services. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, creating and managing service requests, and communicating with customers, branches, and vendors. You will work closely with a team to ensure timely and accurate solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from customers and Loomis branches for ATM Dispatch, Customer Care, and SafePoint IT Support.
- Perform outbound calls for troubleshooting and follow-up communication via email.
- Create and manage service tickets, assigning them to appropriate internal teams, branches, or vendors for resolution.
- Educate team members on processes and best practices within the Contact Center.
- Meet and exceed productivity and quality standards set by the Contact Center.
- Utilize office equipment and software programs efficiently.
- Provide exceptional, professional customer service in a fast-paced setting.
- Handle other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service (preferably in Banking, Retail, Sales, or similar roles).
- 1-2 years of previous Call Center experience preferred.
- Experience with hardware/network troubleshooting is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer navigation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Additional Information:
- Work Schedule: Full-time, 100% in-office position.
- Training: 6-week training from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Shift Post-Training: After training, availability for an 8-hour shift between 6:30 AM and 11:30 PM (Monday through Sunday).

- Pay: $17 per hour.
