Key Responsibilities
- Triage, evaluate, and determine if investigation is necessary for product quality complaints and adverse events
- Investigate product quality complaints, review manufacturing and packaging investigations, complaint summary, complaint closure, and escalation
- Perform field sample management process for products returned from Consumer
