- Investigate product quality complaints and adverse events.
- Analyze complaint cases, review customer verbatim, lot numbers, subject coding, malfunction coding, and trend analysis.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the integrity and compliance of the complaint vigilance process.
- Prepare and present data to QA Management and cross-functional business partners.
