Main Responsibilities
Collaboration and Communication
You will collaborate with Call Centers, Medical Safety, Marketing, Internal affiliates, External sites, and other business partners to ensure the integrity, consistency, compliance, and alignment of the end-to-end complaint vigilance process.
Project Management and Analysis
This role involves assisting with various projects within the department, communicating effectively with management, analyzing data and trends, and preparing and presenting Complaint Vigilance data to QA Management and cross-functional business partners.
Reporting Structure
This role reports directly to the Manager, Self-Care Complaint Vigilance.

Main Responsibilities
- Triage, evaluate, and determine the necessity of investigation for product quality complaints and adverse events.
- Analyze complaint cases, review customer verbatim, lot numbers, subject coding, malfunction coding, trend analysis, and assign complaints to investigation teams.
- Investigate product quality complaints, review manufacturing and packaging investigations, complaint summaries, and closures.
- Perform field sample management for products returned from consumers.
