The role of the Analyst III involves triaging and evaluating product quality complaints and adverse events for the Self-Care product portfolio of Consumer products.
The Analyst III must have the ability to analyze data and trends, prepare and present Complaint Vigilance data to QA Management and cross-functional business partners. This role reports to the Manager, Self-Care Complaint Vigilance.
The successful candidate will participate in various projects within the department, communicate effectively with management, and assist with developing training presentations for complaint vigilance processes and systems.
