Insight on your impact:
- Developing and implementing targeted email marketing strategies that align with our overarching business goals.
- Partnering with our marketing team to deliver cohesive and branded messaging across all email communications.
- Overseeing our customer management system and other marketing platforms, ensuring they are optimized and used efficiently to support our campaigns.
- Guaranteeing all email communications comply with legal standards, protecting the organization from potential risks.
- Leading internal and external communication strategies, including newsletters and workflow campaigns, to enhance engagement and deliver value to stakeholders.
To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills
- 2 years of email marketing experience.
- Skilled in leveraging our customer management system to streamline marketing operations, including campaign setup, automation workflows, performance analytics, and optimization strategies.
- Expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and performance tracking to drive engagement and conversions.
- Technical aptitude with a knowledge of technologies and processes involved with email service providers and/or marketing automation platforms.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Problem solving and critical-thinking capability.
- Ability to adapt and be agile as needed in a fast-paced, growing environment.
