What You’ll Do:
- Lead the full accounts receivable function, including billing, credit, collections, deductions, and cash application
- Own the month-end AR close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Develop and manage key AR metrics, dashboards, and cash flow forecasting
- Implement and maintain best-in-class processes, controls, and systems to scale with business growth
- Partner with internal teams to resolve billing issues and streamline workflows
- Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation and timely responses
- Mentor, coach, and grow AR team members to deliver high performance and continuous improvement
- Evaluate customer credit risk and oversee credit limit approvals and monitoring
- 7 years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable, with 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong technical knowledge of AR operations, GAAP, internal controls, and credit/collections strategies
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and Excel for reporting and analysis
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team while managing cross-functional relationships
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- A data-driven mindset and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
