The Legal Internship will work with our Corporate Attoney and assist with fielding legal questions from departments within the company, draft and review legal documents and contracts, read manuscripts to identify potential legal issues.
Summer Legal Department Internship Responsibilities :
- Familiarize themselves with contracts to help review subrights contracts
- Review manuscripts with their manager to identify legal issues
- Attend bi-weekly meeting with attorneys from Penguin Random House to discuss industry issues
