Inside Sales Representative

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to drive sales growth and expand our client base. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and generating new business opportunities for our franchisees.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through phone calls, emails, direct mail, and networking.
• Make between 50-70 calls a day and schedule up to 15 outside sales appointments a month.
• Qualify leads for Outside Sales Representative by vetting the prospect and creating proposals.
• Schedule and coordinate sales meetings for Outside Sales Representatives.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales and Brand Services teams to implement targeted initiatives.
• Assist with innovative marketing projects as needed.
• Research and identify promising vertical markets for expansion.
• Contribute to achieving sales revenue goals and objectives.
• Attend and participate in one-on-one and team meetings.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, and appointment setting.
• Demonstrated ability to research and identify high-quality leads.
• Experience creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (phone, email, mail).
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce) and other sales tools (ZoomInfo).
