SourceFactor's client is a mid sized manufacturing organization with offices in Charlotte, NC and Northern Virginia.
We're helping them to identify a senior level SAP Delivery / COE Lead. This is a new position designed to optimize their SAP environment and streamline processes. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge across multiple SAP functional areas and will play a key role in guiding and mentoring other team members. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of their S/4HANA environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role involves assuming day-to-day ownership of our SAP systems and related processes. You will be responsible for:
- Providing expert guidance and governance over these systems.
- A key part of this role will be mentoring and supporting other team members, acting as a go-to resource for SAP related questions and issues.
- You'll need a deep understanding of SAP systems, various functional areas, and integration points such as BTP.
- You will be expected to contribute to process improvement and efficiency gains within the SAP environment.
- You will be a key leader in their SAP S/4HANA implementation project across all of their manufacturing and corporate facilities
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- 7 years of experience supporting SAP, preferably S/4 HANA in a manufacturing environment.
- A strong background in multiple SAP functional areas - ideally including EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and MM (Materials Management) - is essential.
- Experience with BTP and other integration points.
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and communication skills are required, as is the ability to work effectively within a team and guide others.
