Company without sponsorshipPOSITION SUMMARY : This role will work with the Group Vice President and Corporate, establish business objectives for the site and provide direction to achieve the objectives in business, customers, employees and the community.Responsibilities : Complete long-range planning in support of corporate goals and objectives.Pursues new customer and business expansions opportunities.Responsible for employee discipline and morale.Provides quarterly business and capital investment forecasts.Provides leadership and direction in the Lean Sigma program.Typically performs job role and responsibilities at a site of Works closely with the Group VP and Corporate.Works closely with site Lean Champion and Controllers to estimate, track and validate financial benefits of Lean Sigma projects and activities.Complies and follow all company security policies and procedures.Performs other job duties and responsibilities as assigned.Other information : Ability to work with diverse groups.Understanding of and ability to use continuous improvement tools.Strong customer service and client focusWorking knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office products and WebEx conferencing softwareDemonstrated leadership and people management skills including ability to effectively coach and mentor employees at all levels.>
